How To Know You Are Addicted to Blogging…

It’s not like a have a lot of time to sit behind the computer. I could be stumbling or tweeting or even facebooking, but it’s been a few hours since I’ve posted and I’m going into shakes. I think that’s my #1 reason for thinking I may be addicted to blogging. Let’s see if I can’t come up with a few more…

1. It’s been three hours since your last post and your going into shakes
2. You’re worried that the traffic to your site is all automated when it’s been 4 posts without a comment.
3. You start emailing friends from high school to make sure their signed up for your blog updates.
4. The only reason you go to istockphoto any more is to browse the $1 bins for illustrations for your posts.
5. You wake up and grab your journal and instead of writing down your dreams, you start on the next series of posts.
6. You only go to facebook to see if your friends have commented on your posts.
7. You’re disappointed when your feedburner count grows less than your twitter count.
8. You actively start looking for places to be a guest blogger – not to get more traffic, but because it’s blogging… on someone else’s blog!
9. You’re kids keep saying “Daddy, I need help” and the “Just let me finish this blog” is met with moans of desperation.
10. You remember you need to help you son read, and you wonder if your last three post would fulfill his requirement…
