RevTrev Radio had it’s first episode this week and I’m thrilled with the number of downloads and amazed at the number of listeners. It was easier than I thought to get get it syndicated through iTunes. You can subscribe to it by clicking on the black iTunes logo below.
I’m excited that you can come the episode posting on RevTrev and leave your comments and questions. This is the power of podcasting. When you hear something Sunday, you might have questions until Wednesday, then you forget and get on with life, but you may remember on the way to church the next week, but when that sermon is given you have a new set of things to ponder and new questions come.
Very few people talk to the one who gave the message about the message, while they’re thinking about it.
But with podcasts, you can think about a question for a while then come back and ask it in a comment right away. I may not have the answer, I may have got it wrong, but chances are I have thought about it and just didn’t cover it when I spoke because of
a. time;
b. theme; or
c. flow
So I can answer the best I can and get back to you if it takes more research or consideration.
This week, I’ll be posting 2 episodes on “How to Steward Your Prophetic Call” I’ve taken this sermon and expanded it to be part of a chapter in my book – Hope In Transition. In the process of hope, there comes a time when we need to move from the pain to the promise. Knowing how to steward a prophetic call is key in moving on in the process of hope.
I’ve been contacted by authors and speakers and people who represent them to see how we can work together to help promote what they’ve been given to share. That’s part of the mandate of Expectancy Ministries and is something I’m thrilled to be doing.
So stay tuned, subscribe to the podcast, and when we have opportunity for a call in show, call in to ask your questions of whatever expert I’ll be interviewing. It’s going to be a blast.
