Remember you have a good Father who cares for you. The God of all peace fills us with peace and joy as we trust in Him, so we can overflow with hope by the power of Holy Spirit. Trust God has your back and realize He cares for you.
Do I trust in His care of me?
A – Agree with a Psalm that feels like you do Psalm 62:8
2/3rds of the Psalms are Psalms of Lament. Find one that feels the same way you’re feeling and camp out there for a while. Meditate on it and realize God’s care of the psalmist is for you as well. I’ve organized most of the Psalms of Lament into emotional categegories.

What promise does God want me to cling to?
A life-giving community is another great place to get encouragement. You’re going to need to risk your burden with trustable people of wisdom. Look for people who exhibit Biblical wisdom:
James 3:17 “But the wisdom from above is first of all pure. It is also peace loving, gentle at all times, and willing to yield to others. It is full of mercy and good deeds. It shows no favoritism and is always sincere.”
