Thank You for the precious gift of my family. I entrust them to Your loving care, knowing that You watch over them with infinite wisdom and compassion and care for who you entrusted to me even more than I can imagine.
Please surround them with Your protection—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
I plead the blood of Jesus over them. Keep them from the plans of the enemy who comes to steal, kill and destroy. Protect them from accident and the intent of those who plan evil. Place Your angels around them, keeping them safe in every situation.
Rescue them from every trap of the enemy—the ones they have fallen for hook, line and sinker and the even darker path the enemy of their souls wants them on. Redeem the years the locusts have eaten. I agree with the Father and demand the enemy pay back seven times for all that has been stolen.
Keep them from people who intend to do evil or involve them in evil works. Where they have been been the victim of evil, I pray you would heal, restore and lift them above it. What the enemy meant for evil, You will use for good. Help me to believe that and pray for that.
Strengthen them to resist evil and destructive behaviour. Reveal what needs to be revealed. Expose any error of thought or way of thinking so clearly that they are bought to repentance before you. Don’t allow them to get away with anything—thank you you’ll do it in kindness and in the gentlest way necessary.
Don’t let them give the devil a foothold. Help them to forgive offence freely and not hold on to bitterness. May they have honest and life giving relationships and a desire to work through the tough times. Keep them from the pain of divorce.
Help their love for each other grow ever-deeper. Don’t let them keep records of being wronged. Help them always protect, never give up, never lose faith, always be hopeful and endure through every circumstance.
I pray you’ll be their hiding place where they’ll be preserved from trouble. Surround them with songs of deliverance and instruct them in the way they should go. Be their strength in time of trouble and deliver them from the wicked.
May Your Holy Spirit guide them, comfort them in times of trouble, and strengthen their faith. I pray that they would know and follow Jesus all the days of their lives.
